I started the day off by going to the Amazon beach to meet up with the whole group, where I got breakfast and some little gifts. We toured around the Palais and I went to my first meeting which was the CMOs in the Spotlight: Mondelez, Canva, Coca Cola. One thing I learned from the experience was that empathy drives people. After which, I hopped to the last 10 minutes of the talk with the Reddit CEO, I wished it lasted longer as it was a good speech. Then, I got in line to watch John Legend and Chrissy Teigen talk. It was surreal to see a celebrity in person and I felt like I was in a dream, it was pretty funny and I learned they are strong supporters of the Democratic party and are planning to go to the White House to endorse Biden. After that talk, me and a couple of classmates went to go explore the beaches. We went to Reddit, Meta, and TikTok from what I can remember.

I also saw Alex Honnold x The North Face talk at Stagwell Beach. They mostly discussed fear and how Alex does not feel fear but views it as a game when climbing mountains with no robe.

After I left TikTok, I went to go see the CEO of Liquid Death's talk. In the middle of the speech, I realized that I had lost my purse which had my passport at the Carlton Hotel TikTok hotel and my phone died at the same time. I usually never get worried, but this time I felt the world crashing. I ran out of the talk as fast as possible and while running I was thinking of what would happen if it was not at TikTok.

Thankfully, I found my purse and everything turned out alright.
